   b. As a condition of using our platform, you must register as a Buyer or a Seller and agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
   c. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms of service.
2. Seller Terms:
   a. If you register as a Seller, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your products, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
   b. You are solely responsible for your products’ quality, availability, and delivery.
   c. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning selling your products on our platform.
   d. You agree to pay any applicable fees and commissions for selling your products on our platform.
3. Buyer Terms:
   a. If you register as a Buyer, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your shipping address and payment information.
   b. You are responsible for paying for products you purchase on our platform.
   c. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning purchasing products on our platform.
4. Prohibited Activities:
   a. You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm our platform or interfere with the operation of our platform, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or spamming.
   b. You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
   c. You agree not to use our platform to promote or sell illegal products or services.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:
   a. We make no representations or warranties about the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold on our platform, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the sale of such products.
   b. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
   c. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
   a. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based.
   b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of service shall be resolved through binding arbitration by the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
